Please note that customized orders and delicate couture pieces are subject to specific terms to maintain their high-quality standards.

Return Process

  Contact our dedicated customer care team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all Rania Zara Studio tags and luxury packaging intact.

  Dispatch the Parcel

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned garment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
